All our orders are online over phone and email. After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledgement. Our phone, whatsapp and email addresses are available in the contact us section of website. We will start processing your order only after we have received payment. By placing an order on Daphnestores, you agree that you are buying for your business needs. If material is in stock or readily available, we dispatch in 1-3 workings business days. For special order or out of stock items delivery times are 2 weeks. If we are not able to fulfill your order then we will refund your entire amount within 15 business days. If order times exceed what we have committed to, we will contact you to determine if you want to execute the order with the new delivery time. We currently do not accept orders for international shipping on our website. Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at concierge@daphnestores.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be able to get refunded amount on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
